Frequently Asked Questions--

Q: How can I know how much I have given so far this year?

A: Look on your monthly statement or call us at (706) 823-2469.

Q: Do my gifts go directly to the Staff Person of my choice?

A: It is always our intent to put each gift towards the support of the designated staff person.

Q: Do I need to send my gift in a Campus Outreach envelope with the return stub from the monthly statement?

A: Although this helps, you do not need the return stub or the return envelope to give a gift. Make sure to include the staff person's name in the memo line of all gifts. We can process every gift that comes in to us, no matter which way it makes it.

Q: When do the monthly support statements get sent out?

A: We always send the monthly statements/receipts out within the first week of each month. These statements show any gifts that we received before the end of the previous month.

Q: Can I pay with my credit card?

A: We can not do payments through credit cards, but we do offer Electronic Funds Transfer, which automatically pulls your gift from a checking or savings account each month.

Q: Where should I send my gift?

A: Please send your gift to Campus Outreach Augusta, 624 Greene St. Augusta, GA 30901.

Q: Who do I make my check out to?

A: Please make your check out to Campus Outreach. Make sure to include the staff person's name in the memo line of all gifts.
