Jessica Hyatt

I was introduced to Christ at a young age by my mother.  Through her daily instruction, training, and encouragement to “get to know” who Jesus is, my idea of Christianity changed.  After watching God transform the lives of those around me I saw that he was real and working, not just a story in history, and wanted to experience the full life that was promised in John 10:10.   At that time I surrendered control of my life to God asking him to erase my sin by his blood and establish me in his love and truth.  From that point on I took advantage of any opportunity I could find that would introduce me to more of Christ’s heart for me and others.

When I entered collage I attended a Campus Outreach meeting and felt blessed immediately to know that once again God had met me in my need and given me a community of Christians to walk with for the next four years.  With others investing in my life I was established in areas that would allow me to know Christ more like studying the Bible, sharing my faith, and responding to His call on my life with tools and direction.  With this I am setting out on the next great adventure that God has planned for my life with confidence that no one can thwart them as Job 42:2 claims.

Updated Prayer Requests

1. For Jessica’s intimacy with Christ — that He would be the unrivaled object of her affection.

2. For Jessica’s financial support — that God would continue to reveal Himself to her as the Lord that provides.

3. Pray that His name would go forth and accomplish its task on the campus of Valdosta State. (Isaiah 55:11)

4. Pray that God would use Jessica to make a lasting impact on the campus at Valdosta State.
