Ryan Brown I grew up in a family and a church that was committed to my spiritual growth. I do not remember a day in my life when the gospel was not familiar to me. I do not know the day or the year when I came to Christ, but I see fruit in my life and the path of his steadfast love upholding me since I was born. My parents were divorced when I was two years old and I grew up with just my mom. She was in a severe car accident when I was 11 and God used that to mature me very quickly. I was very involved in my church throughout my life and they cared for me and supported me through all that I went through. I had several men step into my life throughout those years and God used them drastically in my spiritual formation. My home church is the base for CO Atlanta, and so in my senior year of high school, they told me about CO and I was able to get involved my freshman year. I went on my first beach project that summer (2004) and have been on two since then. I’ve also been given opportunities to lead men in discipleship relationships and develop in my own growth through these teaching experiences

Updated Prayer Requests: 1. For Ryan’s intimacy with Christ — that He would be the unrivaled object of his affection. 2. For Ryan’s financial support — that God would continue to reveal himself to him as the Lord that provides. 3. Pray that His name would go forth and accomplish its task on the campus of Georgia Southern. (Isaiah 55:11) 4. Pray that God would use Ryan to make a lasting impact on the campus at Georgia Southern. |
