Summer Zimmer

GCSU Campus staff

Summer graduated from Georgia Southern University in 2020 and now serves as a campus staff team member at Georgia College. She became a Christian the summer before beginning college through the faithful ministry of a woman she met through YoungLife in middle and high school. After marrying CO staff member Will, Summer got to know Campus Outreach and college ministry and sensed a calling to full-time ministry herself. She is excited to be used by God to impact the lives and eternities of young women who will one day be wives, mothers, and leaders for the sake of Christ.

Summer, Will, and their daughter Lucy live in Milledgeville, GA. In her free time, Summer enjoys exercising, baking, sewing, and painting.
